Is it weird for a 16 year old to be fascinated with pregnancy and childbirth?

I love learning more about pregnancy and childbirth.  And taking care of babies is fun but a lot of work but i still do enjoy it. Now im not saying i want a baby or i want to be pregnant but puffing out my belly and acting as i am is almost fun for me. Is this normal?

Your completely normal. Maybe consider going into maternity care.  You could do nursing or become an ob.

You sound just like me. 
Its totally normal! Because I'd like to think I'm normal! I used to puff out my belly and rub it at random places. I got a odd joy from the looks or horror on older peoples faces. Bad I know lol.
Get a library card and take out a bunch of books and movies. Its amazing. 
Also watch stuff on the internet. That's also a good way to decide what job is for you. There are so many options! You could be a midwife, OB, childbirth educator, lactation consultant, birth doula, postpartum doula.. I became a birth doula and childbirth educator. I hope to eventually become a lactation consultant ass well.

Look into midwifery, becoming a dula (I think you can do it now at 16), and lactation counseling! All are very rewarding, beautiful jobs.

Normal to be interested, maybe you will be an OB  ;) but being interested and curious is NOT the same thing as being pregnant or having a baby, that should definitely wait until you are older ;)  maybe you can get a job at a daycare in the meantime or do more babysitting

I've always felt that way. That's why I became a nurse and I'm trying to get into labor and delivery specialty!
