Where is the uterus and ovaries located in relation to the navel and pubic bone?

I can't find anything online that answers that question. I know what it looks like and what it's for and that it is between the bladder and rectum. But I want to know like if you had pain coming from either the uterus or ovaries, where on the outside ( in relation to everything else) would you feel it.

Answer

The ovary pain irradiates to the left or right side of lower abdomen. Known as iliac zone. Look for th McBurney's point and that is a common place to feel ovary pain. You can google it. Often confused with appendicitis if it's on the right side. As for uterus pain it will be felt right behind your pubic bone. Like the cramps you get on your period. There are other causes for pain in lower abdomen. Hope I helped.
