Not sure what this is...

CD 28, 11 DPO, spotting, sore nipples, and feeling very nauseous. My cycles are usually 29 days long, then I get my periods on the 30th day (I guess it would be CD 1 of the next cycle). AF or implant bleeding? I got a negative result on my pregnancy test this afternoon :(
