At work we have a program called nuvita they did a few tests on us, I'm 5'4 and weigh 154 I was told  that I'm pre obese... I've gained weight but I hadn't really realized how much now I'm starting to get back into working out, I want to be healthy again!

I'm 5'4 and 110-115 lbs after I had my son. I feel fat because my stomach is still so big. I have diastasus recti and it isn't healing 😒
