Pregnant and have a big decision

Just found out I am pregmant but my dilemma is my husband works out of state, I have 2 children with my ex husband and have a shared custody agreement.  But my husband cannot come here during my pregnancy.  I feel torn between staying here with my beautiful girls or going to stay with my husband during my pregnancy because of previous complications I had with both last pregnancies!! I just know my ex would not late me take my kids out of state, what do I do!??
