Gallbladder/Kidney/Appendix Problems???

Question

Has anyone on here had problems with their kidneys, gallbladder, or appendix? I'm currently debating on a visit to the emergency room but would like to know more about symptoms rather than use Google. (Google tends to tell me I'm dying no matter what health problem I look up)

Gallbladder will have similar symptoms as heartburn or acid reflux. Appendix will hurt in your abdomen, that was extremely painful for me. I was throwing up, laying on the couch for days. Kidneys will usually be pain in the lower back, with pain or an uncomfortable feeling urinating. Also pain in the abdomen depending if it's kidney stones or maybe a uti.

Gall bladder is also very painful. Mine included projectile vomit and very acidic poo.

I've had multiple kidney stones  and only one that has passed. I've been told the pain is worse then child birth. (I have yet to experience pregnancy) the pain normal occurs in your lower back towards your hips but can sometimes feel like the cramps you'd get for your period.

I had my gallbladder removed last year because I was having sharp pains in my side that shot through my back. My doctor said these were classic symptoms of gallbladder issues and I should remove it. After the surgery I continued to have pain in my side. I went back and had more tests and they discovered a tumor in my liver they had missed before. Now I still have pain plus the side effects of having no gallbladder so I recommend having tests done so they can make sure they know what it is. Hope you find out what is wrong and feel better soon!

Appendix you'd have sever abdominal pain in the right side, possible vomiting. I was in a insane amount of pain but mine had also got so inflamed to the point of rupturing I had to have emergency surgery to have it removed, I was 7 or 8 at the time.

It's so hard to say!! I have had kidney stones, ovarian cysts and gallstones, all of which caused me severe back pain (very unusual presentation for gallbladder though).

I say if you are in severe pain, and meds and heating pad is not helping, go to the ER. Depends on what it is, you may need surgery or at least meds and maybe fluids. That's why we have doctors ;)

Before my gallbladder was taken out I had very sharp pains in my right side. Kidney stones stopped me dead in my tracks and is by far the most pain I have ever been in though. No issues with my appendix thankfully.

I had issues with my gallbladder and had to have it removed the symptoms I experienced was excruciating sharp pain on my right side that would also shoot up my spine and take my breath away

If it's in your back right below your ribs it's your kidneys! Maybe a kidney stone or an infection. It hurts so bad
