BBT chart advice please!

Hi. As you can see my temp has been rising for 6 days now, but the app predicts I ovulated 2 days ago. 2 days ago it was already increasing. I thought ovulation happened when your temp was lower before it began rising. In my case, CD 19-21. Any insight? Thanks!
