Hospital
I went into the hospital earlier this evening. We got there around 9:10pm with contractions steady at 3-4 minutes apart. I was dilated to 2cm. At 10:30pm with no progression, they sent me to wander the halls for an hour. At 11:30pm, the nurse checked me again, and I was still at 2cm. At 12:30am with still no progression, they sent me home.
Since then, I haven't gotten a wink of sleep because of my contractions that are still 4 minutes apart.
Any suggestions on how to get myself to dilate faster? If not, any tips on how to sleep thru the pain?
