CD 44 BFN

I am on CD 44 with BFN, my cycle is religiously 28/29 days and has never been late except for when I was pregnant with my other kids. With my other pregnancies I didn't take a HPT until I was 3 months along. I have tons of symptoms and I'm not stressed so Ik that's not the issue. Just very confused ??
