Movement

I'm 20w3d with my second. I still haven't felt any movement. At my ultra sound baby girl was moving around like crazy, so I know everything is okay. Just wondering when everyone felt movement with their second? I'm pretty sure I started feeling movement around 18w with my first, but I should also add that this time I have an anterior placenta and last time I didn't. Does this make a big difference? Thanks!
