Preganant but no BFP??

Question

Hello. Cycle day 44. No period and clearly negative preg tests. Definitely felt implantation at 6DPO, (have felt it before). Started feeling queasy today. Anyone been pregnant but needed a blood test or ultrasound to confirm it?

Same here but no one will answer to my post but I had my cycle 21 Jan received a positive opk Feb 5th I was 4 days late for my cycle in Feb..day 1 brown spotting day 2 light day 3 med day 4 light and that was it for Feb..started taking opk Feb 28 and still no positive digital opk and I've been using digital opk since Sept..symptoms are off the roof!! None of this is normal for me and of course pregnancy test are negative!! Looks like I will have to force my doctor to give me a blood test..

I'm also 16dpo neg. Test went to a pregnancy center test was negative the lady made me realize I maybe thrown off due to February only having 28 days she told me to wait a week
