Cramping

I've been experiencing cramping for the last two days. Almost like period cramps. I'm currently 6w4d. I called my doctor today and they said so long as I'm not bleeding or leaking fluid, dizzy, or having blind patches that it's normal. I just feel very achey. Please assure me it's normal.
