Three weeks late. Should I test again?

Christian • Hi, I am Christa. I am 22 years of age, and am with a man that I adore. We are planning to move In together soon.
I am now three weeks late. Some cramps here and there, but no blood. Negative prego tests on the first week and and second week late. Should I retest?
