Best Prescription for Bad Cramps?
I have awful cramps at the beginning of each period that nothing seems to help. I sometimes will take 8-9 ibuprofen those first couple days for only mild relief. The only thing that has ever worked was a muscle relaxer that my mom used for her tennis elbow, but I don't think doctors actually prescribe it for cramps. Anything that helped you?
