BBT chart

I have read that a triphasic cycle might be a pregnancy sign - and I just got a BIG spike today. I am at 9 dpo more. Should I test tomorrow or resist the urge and wait until closer to AF due date (which is on the 22nd). I'm kind of anxious about it. But it could just be a random spike, our I'm getting sick or something. (One of my students has strep, so I could have caught it last week)
