When to tell the parents

When did you tell your parents you were pregnant? How far along? I'm 4 weeks today and I want to tell my parents so bad but I have this little voice that says to wait. Plus, we live at opposite ends of the country so the time change sucks

We did at 11 weeks.

We're waiting for the 12 week mark. We told the early with the last pregnancy and I wound up having a miscarriage so I'm really trying to be good and wait to tell people this time around

Told my parents as soon as my husband and I could see them! His parents the day after we found out and mine a couple days later.

I told my mom right away because I've been on her insurance (my last job did not offer good insurance and I'm under 26). My bf told his as well to be fair. The problem I had is his mom told everybody she could even though we told her to hold off.

We told ours right away because we NEEDED their support if we miscarried. We also wanted their prayers as well.

we're waiting for our first ultrasound picture that way everything feels more real and we know everything's going well in there :)

We told my in laws at 6 weeks 5 days and my parents at 7 weeks 5 days.

My parents live a couple hours away so we had them over and told them after we had our first apt with ultrasound.
