Contractions?
I'm 38 weeks and have had pulling pains/ dull menstral cramps all day with painful tugging in my lower back (mostly my left side) the pain in my back comes and goes every 5/10 mins. Are these contractions? I'm a first time mum and have no idea what they are haha x
