CPC in baby??
I went in for my genetic screening ultrasound and the doctor found CPCs (Choroid Plexus Cysts) in the fetus' brain - which can be an indicator of an extra chromosome which leads to mental retardation or other complications.
The doctor said based on my blood test results, no family history, and the fact that the rest of the U.S. looked great I shouldn't worry. They are likely benign and won't affect the fetus. Of course I'm still sacred and don't really want to Google anything cause it will show the worst. He did ask me to come for a follow up in three weeks.
I guess there is nothing I can do but want to see if anyone had this with any prior births and if things turned out okay!
