you know you've heard the rumor/curse - once you tattoo their name on you, it's bad luck and you're bound to break up. but my husband got my name tattooed on him when we were in the 10th grade, and I got his right after we graduated. 7 years later here we are, happy, married and we have a beautiful baby girl (:

I honestly don't think its a bad idea. Especially if you're doing good with him. It just proves more love that you guys have for each other.

I'm very superstitious when it comes to that. I don't even have my mum or dad's name tattoo on me. I have there nickname from when they were kids.

I had my man's name tattooed on me about 3 months after we met I just knew he was the one 5 years down the line were still together , I'm a very impulsive person and I do what I want and at the end of the day it can always be covered up , last year I had his name on my left side of my chest in a heart and I love it and so does he and if anything did happen which I don't think it will I can always get them covered up x

I got my ex's name tattooed on me... I was young and dumb we were together for 2 years before I got it... A week later I found out he was cheating on me...

I find any name tattoo trashy. Something representative if them is one thing, lettering is just tacky.

I don't think it's bad luck, I just think people should think longer and harder about it before going through with it. My best friend for example got matching tattoos with my other friend, they were on and off (mostly off) for five years and I knew it was a dumb idea and long behold they're both with other people now with matching tattoos lol
