Pregnant and scared!

I'm about 12 weeks pregnant. I'm 21 and a student in college. My baby is a result of a work affair. (I did leave the job) He has 5 kids already. I told him and he has yet to say anything back to me. I don't the baby to take his name. I have no idea how to tell my parents. I'm scared about the next few months
