Miscarriage??

So I'm at the hospital as of now.going to be discharged..they tell me they can't find anything in the sac and.by my hcg blood levels they should be able to see a heart beat and they don't see anything but a empty sac....I'm not bleeding nor is anything opened down there!! So could the hospital be wrong????

I've just been thru exact same I was told only sac found went for numerous internal scans as they Thor ectopic or miscarriage but had other scan yday n they found my baby with heartbeat so don't give up hope x

I get blood work done Thursday and a sonogram next week on Thursday !! So please pray for me and keep hope in mind for me I appreciate it.

It's good to know that I'm not alone with going through this. I was in the er two days ago and they said they think I'm around 4 weeks yet my hcg is low and didn't see anything on ultrasound so they just ruled out ectopic and said I lost it.  But it's been two days and I've still not had any bleeding or bad cramping and I'm now starting to get sore breasts. So I don't think they always know what they are talking about. Don't give up hope :) I know I'm not. I have a feeling my baby is still in there regardless of what they say.

Yes the hospital can be wrong I went through the same thing 2 weeks ago and after finally following up with my ob they saw everything and a heartbeat. I recommend to follow up immediately with your regular doctor!

It could just be too early to see anything. Until 6-7 weeks most people will only see the sac. Are they doing another one in the next week or so?
