What to expect at first dr appointment?

Being this is my first child, I'm not sure what to expect at my first appointment. I don't know how far along I am so hopefully they can tell me that! What are they going to do for my first appointment? I don't know if I'm more excited or nervous☺️

It depends on your office some offices the first appointment is with a nurse and they just give you information and pamphlets. At your drs appointment they will talk medical history, family history, talk about your lifestyle, do pelvic exam and usually an ultrasound to verify pregnancy

My first appointment was at 5 weeks. All they did was a pelvic exam, talked to me a bit about what to expect, and did blood work. They also made my next appointment for my first ultrasound at 9 weeks which is on April 7th. Congrats!
