Can I already be pregnant after 2 weeks after a Miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago. My little angel was not made for this world. But my husband and I have been having sex and not really trying to get pregnant. But, I am starting to get symptoms like my first pregnancy. I am having minor cramps and a little nausea. But no sore boobs. I know it's to early for a test. But I am trying to figure out if anyone has been through this and can help me.
