At What Week Did You Drop?

Question

I have heard it "should" happen sometime between 4-6 weeks but I'm hoping my little guy drops soon! I'm at 34 weeks and the pressure of my uterus on my ribs is making them numb!

My baby has been low the whole time!  Her little head is way down in my pelvis. Let's hope it means an earlier due date!

I dropped over the weekend. I am 37 weeks tomorrow. But he is #3 and everything I have read has said he could come any day now because he is not my first baby.

Second baby here. Dropped at 36 weeks.  First one was breech and I had a C at 39 1/2 weeks scheduled and never dropped.

I dropped at 34. Shouldn't be long now! I just suddenly noticed my ribs weren't hurting anymore, but my pelvis felt like it was gonna snap.

I've had a midwife and another OB doctor tell me that with your second pregnancy your baby doesn't drop until just prior to going into labor, so since this is my second I'm not expecting to drop for another week or two. With your first you can drop weeks before the baby is due. Regardless, I'm keeping an eye out! I would love another March baby!

The doctor just told me today it looks like I've dropped.  I'm 35.5 weeks.  She said to make sure I have my bag packed just in case, but that it doesn't necessarily mean I'm all that close to labor....  Who knows!

I dropped at 37! I feel so much more comfortable now that she has dropped!

I dropped at 32 weeks! I'm now 35 weeks. Hopefully it doesn't mean to much I have a scheduled c-section April 13th.
