Stroller/Car Seat Recommendations?

Question

I am so overwhelmed by all the stroller and car seat choices out there these days! Do you guys have any recommendations? Here's what I'm looking for (in order of importance):
Car seat (or infant seat? Is there a difference?) transfers directly from the car to the stroller (car seat included is preferred)

Stroller can be used for infants to toddlers (it "grows" with your child)

Not *too* expensive

Stroller is lightweight and easy to open/close

Collapsed stroller doesn't take up too much space in the car

Stroller has extra storage for diaper bag/toys, maybe a cup holder or something for Mommy, etc.

I went with this bitrax stroller & car seat set has all the features you mentioned its about $350 and I've always heard bitrax to be the safest and the brand was recommended to me by several mommy friends

I have the Graco snug ride it was about 350 dollars and it literally has everything you just described! It is also Top rated on safety!

I got a bundle it was 120$ its an infant carseat that transfers from the car to the stroller & the stroller I think it was the best deal yet 😊

I'm having the same problem with deciding, but I've found that many options all have the same safety rating and same basic features so it's somewhat a matter of preference. I checked out the Consumer Reports safety testing on car seats and Chicco, Graco, and Britax all had good safety scores, but when I went into a Babies R Us to look at them in person, I found that the Britax was too bulky for me personally and that I didn't like the handles on the Chicco strollers, so I will probably end up going with Graco.

Just don't keep the baby in the capsule for longer than 2hrs as its really bad for their back!
Hence the reason I bought convertible car seat and a Carrycot for my mountain buggy. 
Also consider where will you be walking with your baby. If it you will be walking a lot off road, make sure your stroller is suitable for all-terrain. Most strollers have really small wheels that fall apart quite quickly

Graco keyfit 30 is top rated for safety and it attaches to car and stroller. I found a great set on Craigslist for 10% of original price.
