Are you completely comfortable with men on Glow?

I find it odd personally, why would a man care what kind of cervical mucus some of you have, and the nasty pics that sometimes get posted. They don't have periods so no need for the main purpose of the app. Idk I'm not fully comfortable with it

Trans men may have their own periods to deal with, and if I said that it wasn't OK for someone with a uterus to track their cycle, I would be pretty exclusionary of an already marginalized demographic. Also, there are men who want to learn more about their partner's cycle or get TTC input, and be involved in pregnancy as well. I have no issues with men on here.

Im ok with men being on here with their SO TTC so he can be involved. But when its just a man reading and posting stuff that has nothing to do with him and SO TTC... Its a little weird....

So awesome to see so many say yes! Men need this knowledge too, it's the only way to reduce stigma and work towards a truly egalitarian society. Kill the taboo, end the shame. Menstruation and fertility can be topics everyone is comfortable with.

I feel like having them here is okay, but at the same time, I've seen some men cross the line. They do have valuable input but they also add to the misunderstanding and drama that comes from people involving themselves in things they don't know much about. Personally, I'll take advice/input from a man about things he knows about, maybe marriage, weird husband habits, or whatever. I don't, however, need advice from a man about what it feels like to be exhausted and hormonal from pregnancy.

It's a difference between caring and being nosey some people are just nosey ! Technically I thought glow was to enhance pregnancy and success stories on women who are TTC . I honestly don't see the point of men being on here.

I've seen a few guys on here asking for tips on how to help feed their babies or what they can do to make things easier for their spouses during labor. TTC takes two people
and from my personal experience, it's a lot smoother of a process when your partner takes the time to understand your body and all the physical (& emotional) changes you go through.

I get that some guys maybe trying to track thier SOs periods with her (so hopefully he knows the best time to bring her wine and candy is). Other than that, I have no idea why they're on here. My "wife's" transgender, and doesn't use even use these apps. So why would they?

Maybe some teen boys trying to study us lol.
