So upset. Should be 8w 4d according to LMP. Wasn't supposed to have my first appointment until next Tuesday but I woke up with slight cramping a minor bleeding. The blood was red so I immediately called and the doctor had me come in for an ultrasound. Good news and bad news. The good news is that my cervix is closed, and the ultrasound shows a yolk sack with a baby inside. Bad news is  e said it's definitely way too small for 8 weeks. Looks more like 6 weeks. He's concerned that maybe my pregnancy isn't progressing so he ordered a quantatative HCG level test. I won't get my levels until at least tomorrow. I'm hoping that my dates are just off and all is fine, but I've been spotting all day and I'm so worried this pregnancy might be ending. Thoughts and prayers, guys! And any advice is greatly appreciated.
