Is this bad?

I'm 5 weeks 3 days. My first blood test was hcg 109 and progesterone 23.9. My hcg has been more then doubling and I am now over 6000 but my progesterone dropped to 10.9. I'm freaking out. After an ectopic last year I can't bear another loss. Has this ever happened to anyone where there progesterone drops significantly but everything turns out ok? I'm starting progesterone suppositories today.
