Should I or shouldn't I?

My Dr advised me to sit out this round of clomid because my lining is measuring 11 mm and I'm only at day four in cycle. At 11 mm I should be ovulating or close and that can't be the case. Also my Estrogen is way to high. My Risk would be multiples but then again there is always a risk would you try or not?
