Camping while newly pregnant?

Quick poll for you guys! What are your thoughts on camping if you're only a few weeks/months along in your pregnancy? In my case, it would be a big family camping trip with my boyfriends family (we go every year) and its a week long. There are a couple RVs, but we will most likely sleep in a tent next to an RV so we can be alone. Do you recommend it, or do you think it is unwise?

Nothing would stop me from camping...enjoy yourself...only thing I would avoid is that campfire smoke.

Fresh air couldn't hurt! I'd just stay away from smoke and make sure everything you eat is cooked properly and food is stored safely.

I plan on camping with my family throughout my pregnancy and even with a newborn if I want.

As long as you aren't having complications you will be fine. I camped from time I got pregnant up until I was about 8 and a half months then I just couldn't stand it anymore. So yeah you will be fine.

I tent camped at six months pregnant with my dd, woke up with more aches than I expected but otherwise all was good.
