Heavy period
This is my first cycle off birth control pills in 5 years. They were also controlling my horrific heavy periods.
I didn't conceive this month (as expected) so now having an awful, heavy and extremely painful period.
Other than baths, hot water bottles and lots of tea and chocolate, what can I do to get through such heavy cycles? Is there anything on the market to make my periods lighter without affecting fertility or acting as contraception?
