When do you tell parents you are expecting!?

We told ours around 5 weeks I guess. It was super awkward

We told my parents right away with our first pregnancy and lost the baby at around 6 wks. We just had our first ultrasound and saw a healthy baby at 8 wks so we will tell them this weekend. I know there is still a chance of miscarriage, but it is much smaller. I just didn't want to tell them too early just to devastate them again.

I'll probably wait until 12 weeks when I finally get my BFP. I'm 23, married for 2.5 years, out of their house, and my husband and I support ourselves, but my folks will still flip out because they don't trust any of my choices.

I was actually planning on telling them ASAP but then the dr is now monitoring my HCG levels so ok scared. I may wait tile after my ultrasound now...
