Prenatal Vitamins
I have been taking Vitafusion Prenatal vitamins. They have the folic acid and other ingredients suggested for prenatal vitamins except I just learned they vitamin A as retinyl palmitate, which I read can cause birth defects. What type of prenatal vitamins is everyone else taking? I'm looking to switch because the retinyl palmitate is concerning me!
