Does my hair need conditioner?

I have not used conditioner in five years, because I have fine, thin, extremely straight hair. It weighs it down and makes it greasy no matter what I have tried. Does it look like my ends could use some sort of fancy deep conditioning treatment? Any recs for something that won't make it heavy and greasy? Is it normal to not use conditioner? Or am I alone in that?

Use straight  cooking coconut oil  it is AMAZING !! Makes ur hair so soft after you wash it out !!

You can condition first then shampoo. It will moisturize but wash away any build up or greasiness.

As the above poster said, just use some coconut oil on your ends. Put some on before bed, then shampoo the next morning. Your ends look fine, though.

Id try hot oil treatment atleast once a month if you dont use conditioner

Coconut oil works for a deep conditioning. I use Aussie's leave in conditioners and LOVE them. Fructis also has some nice ones. Good luck!

I always do keratin treatments on mine but mine is extremely frizzy and curly. Not sure if they work for fine straight hair

I would recommend tresemme vomlume shampoo and conditioner it does wonders for my hair and makes my hair feel so nice and light

I would use frizz dismiss from redken.. It's amazing.. get the shampoo and conditioner.. It's sulfate free shampoo and light weight conditioner

Your hair needs moisture like your body. Instead of conditioner have you considered trying a very light application of coconut oil to your ends?
