I am going to the doc on Friday in hopes to see a heartbeat. I went last Tuesday and measured 6w1d but doc couldn't see a hb but was optimistic that we could see one in 10 days... But also warned me I could miscarry. My gestational sac was oddly shaped to him and he really wasn't confident in it. I already had a miscarriage in October and really want this to be real already! Please cross your fingers for me !
