1st timer-please help!!

Hi ladies! Can someone help me please? I took this test and it said to wait 5-10mins. This photo was taken at about 12-13 mins. I have three tests like this now. Am I going mad...is there something there? And if there is...is it just an evap?? Thank you in advance! xx
