Dry as a desert down there :(

Every time I have sex with my boyfriend, I'm always dry down there. No matter how much we foreplay, I need get moist or anything. When I stick a finger up my hooha it's never moist. Wtf I'm only 21! What's wrong with me? Does this happen to any of you?
