In agony - can anyone help?

About 3 days ago I started getting pains around my right hip. I got it last month but lasted a day. When I posted about it or looked online it said About ovarian cysts. 
This time the pain has increased each day.
Hardly slept at all because of it and am in agony doing ANYTHING,sitting, laying, walking.
Worse of all now I have to start a 12 hour shift feeling like this. 
If anyone has any ideas or remedies that can help me. Please let me know.

I got the same thing before I even knew about my PCOS. I thought I was gonna die. Lol. It was so painful during sex once that I cried. 😑 I don't know if you're on Metformin, but those suckers help the cysts. If you're not on metformin and not trying to conceive, birth control pills help tremendously too. Home remedies? Not so much (that I've found at least). I usually use a heating pad and lay down with my legs slightly elevated and take 2 Tylenol or Advil. Mine usually burst in a day or two or just shrink. It usually means I'm close to my period. Good lucky darlin!! ❤️ 🙏
