Traveling while pregnant

Hi ladies! My sweet grandmother (who raised me) passed away recently. :( She was cremated and a memorial service will be held in August. They choose August because some of my family members work for the school system and will be tied up with summer school, etc. We will have to drive 6 hours for the service which normally wouldn't be an issue but I will be 38 weeks at the time. I sent my family a message expressing my concern but haven't received a response. I feel really conflicted. I don't want to miss her memorial. I will talk to my doctor at my next appt. What would you do? TIA!
