Fitness challenge...

Alright well I just joined Snap Fitness and started their 10 week challenge. I have decided I want to be healthy... I have never been in shape and have always been overweight. Well I looked in the mirror last week completely disgusted wondering how my boyfriend can even stand to see me with my clothes off. Ugh that jump-started my fitness journey. I did get down to 160 and felt awesome but my boyfriend has really bad eating habits... Which he is working on now but since we met I gained 22lbs. So now back up to the weight I was when I got pregnant almost 8 years ago. I swore I would never allow myself to do that... And I did. So time to go past my lowest weight.... My goal is 140 by July!! I am super motivated and excited for this!! I am going to post a before pic and 1, 2, 3 month pics.... Then my after pic in July!! Ugh I don't even want to show these...

Those of you that are doing the same or want to join me I'd love to have some people going through the same thing to join in!!

Tummy: 39.5

Hips: 44

Thighs: 24

Chest: 35

Upper arm: 11.5

Lower arm: 10.5
