4days till AF , no signs of her arrival ... Im nervous because yesterday i tripped and fell ..i didn't land on my belly but maybe just the shock of me falling could of did something to my little bean if i am Prego. A few hours after i fell i started getting shooting cramp pains they lasted like 10mins and completely stopped ... Should i be worried ?
