I have a long history of twins in my family and I'm extremely nervous that when and if I conceive I will have twins being my first pregnancy, so I was last on my time of the month two weekends ago but these past few days ive had kind of pulsating pain in the pelvic area, we are very sexually active without contraception however ive been reading up that when having twins you can also have extremely early pregnancy signs and very high levels of hcg, we started the whole sexual activity tonight and it felt as though his you know what was jabbing against something and it was painful like it was going too deep, I want babies but I'm extremely worried about two... Anyone able to help at all? I've never had this pelvic pain before only when I was on my time of the month, I want someone to give me advice on the whole situation
