Wedding gift?

I've been invited to a wedding and I dont know how many gifts im supposed to give? One for the bridal shower and another for the wedding? Or just one gift to the wedding? What about the Bachelorette party? (Im a bridesmaid too). Help!

I'm getting married in May and I honestly wouldn't expect a gift from my wedding party. Taking time out of your life to be apart of my wedding means more to me than any gift. IMO...

Shower and wedding, most don't exchange gifted at the bachelorette party, but as a bridesmaid you should see if you can help plan it.

Give a gift off her registry for the shower and a monetary gift at the wedding. As a bridesmaid you should offer help in planning the bachelorette party- gifts are not necessary.

Give what you can. Don't break the bank. It's ok to give one or the other. Just use the resigstery. Don't be that person that does not use the registry, no one likes that person.

Ok so if u are budgeting like I am always 😒 I gifted bridal shower easily ! I took save the date and wedding invitation separated each bought clear ornaments cut each into strips and then "rolled" them around a pencil to make a curl then shoved pieces into the bulb! They came out awesome

For wedding I bought a frame with mat inside (wide matting) then went to computer (this took time) and adjusted the verse to their first dance sang around the opening of the photo.

Also I got a gift card from shutterfly for my bridal shower and I loved it used it for my wedding

Something I've done every time I'm a bridesmaid: get a cute journal and use it to make a list of your favorite moments and details during the wedding day. That's my wedding gift. It costs as little as a piece of paper.

Every bride I've done this for has absolutely loved it. They put so much work into the day, then it goes by in a blur.

There is no option for just two. Your supposed to give a gift for the bride only at the bridal shower. Usually something she can take on her honeymoon. The wedding gift should be something on her registry. You don't give gifts at the bachelorette party but if your a bridesmaid you will probably be helping out with the expenses for the party.

I did get a gift at my shower or party. Just the wedding. Everyone being there with me was gift enough...

Depends. If you're a BM and helping plan/pay for the shower and/or bachelorette, then you're not obligated to give a gift, as that is your gift. And for the wedding, that's up to you. As a BM you're probably spending a fair amount for the dress and such, so no gift is required. I got married in September and had 7 BMs. For my shower, 4 hosted it, I think 2 gave gifts. Bachelorette, each gave a gift of panties/lingere, it went with the theme. Wedding 3 gave gifts.
