Help! Late period but BFN

I have a normal 23days cycle. But period didn't show up. It's been passed 12 days now but I'm still getting negative PTs. I don't know what happen. I'm getting cramps and back pain for the past week but AF didn't show up and this is stressing me. Help anyone! :(
