How often does Glow give you a cover line?

I received a cover line the first month I used Glow (6-7 months ago) and hadn't revived one again since this cycle. I'm 3 DPO and hope it's a good sign! I always log my temps and take ovulation tests and feel as though I had clear temp shifts in the past...but maybe I didn't?
