How do you calculate conception date?

I had unprotected sex on the second day of my period (February 22nd) and it stopped afterwards. I had an internal ultrasound done and I'm 4 weeks pregnant today. I have my period every month around the 20th but my period lasts only 3 days so it's irregular. What could possibly have happened?

Well it would be from the first day of your last menstrual cycle
