Questions for doctors appointment

So....I have a doctors appointment next week to discuss what to do next since me and my husband have been TTC for 1 year. I think there is something not right with me bc ever since I turned 30 things have been off. My cycles are long...like 60 days and when AF comes it's the worst I've had it in years! I also use ovulation test(which I test like every day) and it doesn't seem to get to a peak. I'll have faint lines but nothing that compares to the control. What should I expect the doctor to do? Is there anything I should ask my doctor to test for or do? I want to take a very proactive approach...I'm tried of just monitoring and charting periods and such. Any suggestion will be appreciated!
