Sensitive skin issues?

I have very sensitive skin! When I shave no matter what kind of razor or cream It always burns my legs. If I apply any lotion afterward or go into the heat my legs get a bad rash and burn really bad! I break out really bad in bikni area too. Any advice?

I understand! I ended up doing laser treatments because I was embarrassed to wear shorts from the razor burn on my legs. My skin was just so sensitive. I still have to shave, but it's much better now. But before that, I'd use conditioner and a little baby oil to shave. It definitely helped. I also had to be very careful about what lotion I'd use after.

I really like to use head and shoulders. I can't use shave cream or use lotion right after but the shampoo/conditioner combo works for me with little to no irritation

Have you tried unscented skin products (cetaphil, cerave, etc) ? Those are usually a lot milder. Or maybe try organic products? Maybe theres a certain ingredient in the stuff you have used that irritates your skin
