This is my first pregnancy, so my husband and I are super excited! We had only been trying for about 3 months, so it was surprising to know we were pregnant this soon. My first appointment is this coming Wednesday 3/25 and according to my last bleeding we are either 6 or 8 weeks. I'm also a labor/delivery nurse so I know things can happen at any week, but I'm afraid to tell people. Is there a point where it's safer to tell or does it even matter at all? My husband wants to tell right away and is confident everything will be fine, but I'm a little nervous (maybe it's because of where I work). Any opinions or what do physicians suggest?
