Feet swelling yet?

Anyone starting to notice this yet!? I am 22 wks.

Yes!! I noticed ankle swelling at 21 weeks, but I also work 12hrs on my feet. I have found that wearing compression socks (I wear running compression socks because they are more comfortable) help avoid the swelling.

I swelled up really bad overnight with my first at 21 weeks. This one, I started to do the same and immediately was like oh heck no!
I've been walking, drinking tons of water, and watching my sodium. So far I've been able to keep the swelling down.

Totally! Had swelling in ankles, feet & hands since 20 weeks. Heat makes it worse.

Yup, feet and ankles. I notice that I get more swelling in my right sometimes too which is weird.
